bird dogging

In the past I have bird dogged for my own leads, and have mailed the houses that I noted down and followed up on bird-dogged leads that way. I have never bought bird-dogged leads (owner already skip traced if needed), so my question is as follows:

What would you be willing to pay, or what are you currently paying for bird dogged leads. If someone went out and took down addresses of vacant / distressed homes and had the owner's name and current address what would you pay per lead?
