There is an Android/iPhone app called MagicPlan that attempts to use the camera+gyroscope in your phone to come up with floor plans for rooms.

I know there are digital timers out there, of which we've already tried, but are only really programmable in the same way a mechanical timer is but offer the ability to change with Daylight savings.The ability to come on and off when there's low light is obviously of huge value to prevent anyone onsite tripping in the dark.Does anyone have any suggestions of a great product?

We too have triple digit heat with really high humidity so I am worried about my A/C.  

Earlier this morning, I changed the view of the camera angle and hope to catch this on camera tonight. 

When they hit 15 digits, they tend to be more playing their money safe than anything else.

There will be a high turn over in this type of product, so the cap rate should be double digits.

They host digital ones now, but I am excited for the next in-person meetup.

The only way I know is a camera system which would require internet/WiFi services.

Keep in mind the 1% rule has been arround when interest rates were double digit.
