You would need to know exactly how the seller currently vests on title, transfer tax rates, legal description for the property, and any ancillary documents the county will require to record the deed (preliminary change of ownership, transfer tax affidavit, etc.).

Like a good broker--which should pay for him or herself in the form of better advice on buying properties--a good STR property manager should pay for himself by making your listing more competitive through advice (picture order, listing descriptions, design/photography techniques, etc etc etc.)
