Postlets Issue with Trulia

Just FYI for anyone advertising with Postlets.  The "Additional Lease Terms" box did not translate correctly (well, did not translate at all) as my listing just syndicated to Trulia.  This is where I had stated my minimum qualifications to rent.  It only took me about to hour to realize what had happened but by then I have been flooded with inquiries.  I searched on our state court system and I've never seen so many evictions before.  To fix this problem, I put all the lease details in the "Property Description" box and re promoted the Postlet.  Now all is well.  Did not have any issues with the ad translating to Zillow, Hotpads, etc. but just check and see how yours looks on Trulia if you are trying to pre-screen with your ad.

I use Postlets often but find that you must proof your ads closely.  As Katherine stated earlier, your information does not always "throughput" as you expect.  But everything considered - it is an excellent way to advertise a rental.
