Obviously, there would be a number of upgrades that would have to be done but assisted living facilities have shown very strong occupancy rates over the last few years and therefore demand is high.Hope this helps.

Another way to get a good indication of demand is to look through their reviews as well, I would use both airbnb and homeaway/vrbo for this.

The best ones being that in most markets they are the most in demand product for both rentals and sales, tenant quality is higher, there is more inventory of distressed property so it is easier to find one at a larger discount, and if/when I do sell it is at top dollar to a retail buyer (not an investor).

They are also demanding their rent back because they have left early and I would rather avoid an ugly confrontation in person.  

Since they are 8 year tenants they are unlikely to rock the boat and make demands.

Otherwise they could call the loan and demand payment in full (leaving me in a panic to refi as quick as possible).  

Affordable housing is so demanded and manufactured is a great solution.

At any rate.. they continue to email and text me demanding their money back and saying they will get a lawyer and sue me ....

The town's population and housing demand plummeted, and it turned out to be a bad investment. 

I'm too nice for this job and cannot see myself demanding for a tenants payment if they request to pay a couple days over the due date.
