Did the Landlord offer any concessions to the current Tenants i.e. free month's rent, credit towards utilities, etc.?

A very small amount of equity in a personal home (I bought it at the beginning of the year), two cars (maybe worth $12k), a small E-Trade account....My credit score is 670.

While speaking with on lone officer they mentioned a credit card.

I am having issues getting pre-approved through a bank as I only have one year W2 job history and two years self employment history, even though I have 660 credit 10K saved and we'll make around 70 K this year all income combined.

Okay, I need some major help from someone that currently bought real estate with a partner @Linda WeygantWe are trying to buy one SFH in one person's name/credit.  

Are debit cards more vulnerable to skimming than credit cards?

Looks like you're on the right track!

Banks will use 75% of actual rents plus your W2 income and then apply their DTI ratio along with credit score and all the other things that go into them determining if they will finance the deal.
