Im wondering about the location, path of progress or avoid?

I really wish we had decided to go down this path when we refinanced a few months ago and done a cash out along with it.

Is there a safe, well-lit path to get to the entrance from parking?

@Laura Gilles - It's sometimes difficult to find a CPA who both specializes in real estate and is located close to you in Boise.There are lots of good CPAs and Enrolled Agents on Bigger Pockets who work remotely and have clients all over the country.

While you can force appreciation through rehab, sweat equity, etc, buying at the right price factoring in all of the property's needs will set you on the right path.

Then come back to the forums and ask this same question and you will get direction on what path to go.

You have to remember too that this is one of the hottest markets in the country, so the amount of wholesale calling that is happening daily here is assinine!
