What are the steps in Georgia to transfer property to land trust?

Don't bog yourself down with all of the LLC, asset protection, title transfer strategies at this point.

I know several guys that have the tenant do a direct transfer monthly via checking but I know that can cause issues b/c not all tenants have a bank account which is probably why you get cashiers checks and M.O's.

The transfer of those assests/Bad Loans will be in limbo for quite some time.

They have their own account number to deposit into so I know who paid what, then I can just go on my phone and transfer everything into my operating account. 

A "fact sheet" with who to call to transfer over electric, water, etc...and if those aren't transferred by then, no keys.I also talk to them about communications.

Given that my LLC would then be listed as the previous owner for all properties, would it be beneficial to transfer them individually to land trusts?

Over 30 text messages, half a dozen emails, I spoke to my bank's wiring department to double check, verified and faxed them the wired transfer confirmation...they said they don't have it.
