Hello.The previous property management company that we used did a crappy job managing our house and because of that, my wife and I didn't receive 3 months of rent payments (from September through November 2023).

I had an attorney, it  was because they didn't do their job. 

Flex as in put a temporary wall in the living room to make a second bedroom which is super common in New York City.

A loan officer can create their own annual salary but a DFPI is more of a regulation style desk job with a "Set salary".I have been on the Banker side for 17+ years and have also been a loan officer years ago when I owned my own mortgage branch.

This isn't a standard property that's usually discussed in BiggerPockets, so common calculations don't seem to apply. 

How long have you been at your job?

I currently work a time intensive job in the commercial RE sector, so I am looking to build a dynamic team of a broker, PM, lender, contractor, etc to help with the overall processes. 

We really like ProVision - big firm, lots of resources, they appear to do a good job staying on top of changes.

I was referred to Dana by the broker who do our primary residence refi (he did an amazing job for us in 2021).
