Help/Advice Requested - Cle Heights - 1st time Commerical Property
Has anyone worked with or heard of Dana Korosi, Riverstone Capital Consultants (commercial mortgage broker) or Brett Young, Fathom Realty (real estate agent). I was referred to Dana by the broker who do our primary residence refi (he did an amazing job for us in 2021). I cannot find either person on the MLS and don't know if there is any possibility of a legitimate business person NOT being on the MLS... I started to get a strange feeling in my gut last Friday after using Brett to make an offer. As a few more days have gone by I am feeling like I might have walked into a scam scenario. Brett has a web presence but Dana does not. I keep finding that they are talking with each other before talking to me.
Is it possible to change a real estate agent mid-way through the deal? or will that spook the seller?
