Hi All,I've got a 4/3 pool home in Arbor Greene that I need to have professionally managed.

All rents collected go into a common pool out of which all expenses (repairs, mortgages, etc) are covered.

I realize this isn’t a mountain of wealth and there are penalties for using 401k.My question is can I pool this these together and fund my first flip solo?
