I was wondering if I sell my homestead house ( living 7 years in it) and sell it with a owner financing and I carry the note for 30 years.

Does anyone have any tips on finding and vetting great structural engineers?

Just wondering if anyone had anything good or bad to say about their process or product.

I was wondering how they did that..  

It will be a rental so wondering what is the cheapest and best option over the long run. - There will be tile in the kitchen and bath, decision is for the dining/living area, stairs/hall and bedrooms.- Property is in Pennsylvania so there will be snow. - Long term goal would be to sell down the line so would hate to have the tenants trash the hardwood. 

We’ve thought of holding it for a year to avoid short term implications but were wondering if there are any other ideas out there.

Just my opinion and observations.Was wondering what other investors/ wholesalers have seen in the market recently?

I am looking at this as a full time career, and am willing to do much of the legwork myself when appropriate, in case anyone was wondering about my expected level of involvement.

I was more wondering if $100 a door is worth looking into at face value when running the basic numbers before digging into actual numbers of a deal.
