Selling your Homestead with seller finance!

I was wondering if I sell my homestead house ( living 7 years in it) and sell it with a owner financing and I carry the note for 30 years. How will I be taxed at the end of the year. I live in Texas.! My goal is to acquire as many houses as possible and become a mini bank. This would be my first note. Any advise would help. Thank you.
