I'm still relatively knew as well, and two books I'd recommend (and probably most investors) is Rich Dad Poor Dad and the Millionaire Real Estate Investor.

I'm not looking to get rich quick, just want to be financially independent. 

I just finished reading Rich Dad Poor Dad and Rich Dad's Cash flow Quadrant.

Real estate is a big part of my life, more than an idea of how to get rich quick.

I am interested in the first steps for someone who is knowledge rich and cash poor.
