Do a quick forum search on something you want to learn more about, take a couple hours or days to do research, and then share what you've learned with others that have questions about the same thing.

I would suggest searching through the podcasts for those specific topics and dive in! 

The market is super hot so be prepared to search really hard or pay too much.

BiggerPockets forum might be a good place to start, search for related keywords and see what you can find.

If you buy at auction, make sure to do a title search beforehand (ask a title company, should cost a little).

You can search for all types of civil cases including foreclosures.
