Just remember it is not “get rich quick” and it is work but it is absolutely worth it.

The "gurus" don't tell you this stuff, because they are selling the dream of easy riches.

In Ohio to be a Broker first you have to be an agent for at least 2 years and have 25 transactions then take the brokers classes then pass the broker test.Normally people just use a Realtor that they can work with and communicate well with.

All our agent did was communicating with the seller agent in order to arrange showing us the interior of the properties we were interested in, which I could've probably done myself (contacting the seller's agent to show us the RE).
