The issue on what platform to use depends how much staff you will have and what will be their roles.  

2nd lein is a subordinate position so make sure you're well compensated for that risk.Lately the number of defaults happening around the debt platforms have been going up and this is on even senior debt.

It is THE place to outsource.My advice would be to get on the platform, create an in-depth job description of exactly what you're looking for and go from there.

Depending on what's your preffered platform/required features I would suggest you to try out LandlordMAX for desktop, Landlordy or Housters as mobile apps and Pendo or TrueRent on the web.

Currently, I am looking into the project financing that Lowe's and Home Depot offer as well as numerous personal loan platforms.

I'm not aware of any other platform that is better.
