@Simon Ruiz I think it would have at least a small impact for sure, economically if a tram cut a 2 hour commute in half and the average person makes $25 an hour plus say $5 in gas that's $60 round trip.

One last thing...most heart attacks happen on Monday morning between the hours of 6am and 9am.

Whether it be lying to get you to submit to fill their pipeline, only to reject the deal a week later after their monday morning production reports, or the borrower that lies about their income, then claims ignorance once you receive their tax returns.

Once thing I learn quick is to buy more materials than you need, save you a bunch of trips.

I will be calling an attorney first thing in the morning to cover that base.

I keep hearing the same answer, go to Home Depot or Lowes, early in the morning and get names from the trucks at the store or even try to meet subcontractors there.

I am a cheap SOB , so I will be loading it in the pickup with the dump insert , and a trailer , I can make 4 tons in 1 trip .
