I have a house ready to rent , I went to get the Lead paint certification , and the inspector told me i got some bad news for you . You cant have flaking paint on ANY building on the property . He pointed to the old buildings 75 feet away . Great, more work , well I had to get it done . So Thursday a started , and Saturday It was all down . Now I just have to haul it away . I am a cheap SOB , so I will be loading it in the pickup with the dump insert , and a trailer , I can make 4 tons in 1 trip . I estimate it will take 6 to 8 trips , so another 2 days . The block will be run thru a crusher and I will have 10 tons of driveway base . I tore down everything by myself in 3 days .
