Fixing up method
I am lucky enough to have the house next door to my residence become available at a good price. I have been fixing it up since June. One thing I have noticed is that I am constantly going back to my garage for a tool, piece of 2 x 4, etc. to get the job done. If this house was far away I would be in trouble. Do you guys all have a van well stocked with tools with which you use to drive to your investments? This could be a major expense I have never considered.
Thanks.
