I believe it's the office of of the zoning administrator but it's been a while and my memory sucks.It's not the sites themselves that are misrepresenting, it's the folks creating the listings. 

First, take your client requirements for size, type, cost, location, etc. and develop a list of properties that fit. 

I already got this under contract for $30k below listing.

So one less item you would have to worry about in the future.

Appreciate your help-There's nothing wrong with listing the company as "Tenant" but you should also list the individual(s) that actually reside in the unit.

The table didn't include the "organizational cost" or the management fee, but in the "Confidential Private Placement Memo (50 pages) : they listed it as  $35,000 and $15,000 respectively.

I believe there was one called Golden Management that was #2 on my list.
