So I'll be faced with some guy who has 20 convictions for stupid stuff, and I'm meant to say "hey, he paid his debt to society", yet the reality is that he's been a pain in the *** for most of his life and will probably continue to be until he does something serious enough to warrant a proper prison sentence.And I'm meant to - with a straight face - say "well I would love you to be one of my tenants".

It was a huge pain trying to rent it from afar, namely due to not being able to meet potential tenants face-to-face.  

@John Van Uytven the meeting with the attorney went very well, and I'll be using him for much of what I do, he however did not care for land trusts and called them "a pain in the ***".

You will want to make sure you are well educated on the idiosyncrasies of IRA investing or the results can be painful. 

I'm new to the real estate industry, but excited to learn and hunger for knowledge.  

I'm a new investor in Logan Square as well and feel your pain about how quickly properties are selling around here.

For myself I use a realtor to frame my first PA in a new state, then remove the logo  to use it as a template for subsequent offers.  

And I hear scheduling things like a doctor appointment can be a pain as an auditor.I definitely do not think tax personnel are just "handed a file" to prepare a return.

The list is long and painful, but those were the highlights...
