Hi guys, I'm new to the BP. been to the sheriff auction in Dallas few times and bought couple of properties through the sheriff sale (the ones behind their taxes - most of the cases start with TX-)I have seen some cases were won through civil court being sold through the sheriff and im kinda confused a bit in this regard.my questions are:1-I have seen By Virtue of order of sale and By Virtue of writ of execution what is the difference between them if I win at the auction?

The only benefit is no down payment, which to most doesn't end up being a benefit at all.The thing I did was save before I bought.

That should give you the name and address of the owner, and the purchase price when they bought it.

The horse's mouth didn't reveal the recipe to KFC...if you bought at auction that's not incredible that someone spoke to you.

I bought a table saw at Sears 20 years ago, so I'm hardly qualified to comment on current saws.

A good tenant is worth their weight in gold sometimes.
