I always see the college riots in the college towns bounce right back no harm no foul.

I recently graduated form college and just entered the workforce so I don't have a lot of recent employment history and I don't have a lot of money saved up to this point so I am looking to do an FHA loan.

I'm a novice to real estate investing, and have been gobbling up the BP podcasts and poking around the forums for sometime, so it feels good to finally step into the light.I am looking to focus on distressed multi-families (2-4 units) in the NY tri-state area, and eventually in South Carolina and potentially Michigan (my mother's from S.C. and I attended college in Michigan).

Its in the area of 33rdcand college ave.

I studied urban planning in college and I'm looking at eventually rebuilding communities through REI.

If you find another college friend with the same real estate goal and  perhaps you could buy your first duplex or tripled/quad together.  

I've been waiting since college to join the REI world so I'm very excited!
