Newbie REI from Southern California

Hello everyone,

This is my introductory post. I hope to make many connections along the way.

I got into real estate 4 years ago as an agent and worked hard to develop a solid retail based real estate business. I currently run a small team within a brokerage and together we work the majority of Southern California areas. I never thought about becoming a REI myself but have worked with dozens of them along the way. Finally another member and agent I knew pointed me to this site and showed me what I have been missing.

We now work together to pull together great deals and find opportunities for other investors until we begin rehabbing and flipping ourselves.   So much to read here it's a little overwhelming.

Thank you for the welcome and I look forward to sharing my experiences and learning from the groups!
