On top of that, that same investor is also supporting the rest of the local economy with his money going towards other contractors, home reno company materials, making investors/the bank money, utility companies, kids schooling (via taxes) and on and on.

about once every 3 months I have to schedule a meeting with my PM so that I can get the statements/money straightened out.I have tried to do this via email or text messages, but alot of times they go unanswered.Otherwise I have no complaints on fees and suchJust one of many things that could be better in the PM world ?

If not, then this hallway must be restricted to access only via the second unit (behind a locked door where the tenant in unit two only has the key) - in which case there should be no issue.

@Jerry Kisasonak I've only heard via these types of boards that there where unscrupulous investors who by slopiness or on purpose made a business of putting unqualified buyers into a lease-option and then after the option period and they couldn't get a mortgage putting them out keeping the option fee, then repeat.

Your are right this isnt an all bills are payed via owner. . tenant pays water, electric, gas, alarm system.I'm starting to think my estimate was a little too generous.
