Getting court hearing dates are really taking longer time.

Take care of them while your earning income if possible to reduce down time.

In my experience going after someone in the courts who is already trying to not be forthcoming with information typically results in more wasted time/energy/money on your end.

I do income potential reviews for clients all the time, every market has subtle differences but these are generally good indicators. 

Our efficient project management ensured that renovations were completed on time and within budget, increasing the property’s market value and attracting potential buyers quickly.

I want to start purchasing assets to eventually have enough cash flow to comfortably make it my full time.
