One other thing is that I paid a lot in points to buy down my rate which made the mortgage initially expensive… It will also take a while to refinance (a couple years) so I don't want to wait fully for that option eitherIf my tax rate is 30%, is it right for me to think that the cost of paying interest is ~5% instead of 7%?

My next option was to remove these.Don’t forget to check your irrigation lines and valves as well, if you have any.

The first thing I ask them is:  "Did you by chance purchase the insurance when you booked"  This puts it back on them because they do in fact have that option.  

You could sell on lease option or installment sale.

In 3 years all these base hits look like doubles.

Have you over or under improved the property based on the comps and immediate area? 

I listened to a few podcasts from Advanta on how to invest in tax liens in a self-directed IRA, however the management fees charged by Advanta are rather large compared to other retirement fund options...I also found a few audiobooks from the library and listened to them:Brian Mahoney - Tax Lien Certificates Property Investing.C.R.

And no idea how any loan beyond a DSCR loan works but knows that the DSCR is always the best option and thinks the DSCR loan is somehow undetectable from underwriting on the next application.  

I'm wondering if it would be an option in my situation to do a blanket loan for scaling.
