If it matters to you it might be a good idea to look up these numbers (how old is x) before entering a binding agreement.i agree, taking a seller's agents word for anything is like talking to a car dealer. he will do what it takes within reason to make the sale. he covered himself by telling you fairly. we have to be one step ahead of them to close things out correctly. its akin to children sometimes they choose their words so they dont get into trouble but once you ask for specifics, they are busted !

jon is right...the min measurements are for a fireman to be able to enter and exit. when you cut the concrete, you have to use a lentil or a header on top. also, tie the storm drain pipe to the weeping tile around the house. then fill with 3/4" gravel. bolt the well to the house with anchors. fiberglass wells or galvanized are the two options. then needs a cover.i quoted it for my house... it would cost between $1500 and $3500, depending on the style/size, etc..

In this case it cost us an additional $355, plus there is no way we would allow this group to stay here again, so we went ahead and charged them.That leads me to the rental agreement.
