MFH, house hack opportunities, preferable south city or west suburbs.

I working with a buyer that just move from ALT, he want to rent and buy later, im trying to have him buy now because south florida  market in rise up slowly,  plus also great investment for him in future, how could I convince him to buy?

Ive seen a lot recently about Wellington boosting its game in terms of attracting more people there, do you think some of the overflow of Auckland might spill down south?

You gave a price point of $350k, but that means nothing ... for example in my market that would put you into the heart of the ghetto while in the deep south or mid west it may buy you a palace.Do you have a picture of the entire kitchen as it stands today?
