It's very "bread-and-butter" America, and you can get solid returns and cashflow if you do your research. 

When evaluating a syndicator, I first make sure that there is a solid team behind the deal that are "all in".  

The key to wholesaling is having a solid list of cash buyers who will buy multiple properties from you.
