Its a 2 bed 2 bath single family unit which worked for me at the time because I had a roommate that I charged an extra $500 to and split utilities.

The bottom line, storage facilities are valued like commercial properties and not single family residences. 

For an average single family home, there isn't a ton of difference in what an agent can reasonable do to actively find you buyers.

Long term, rental buildings are great for single family home pricing.

No tax implications in single member llc. 

On single family houses, I notify my tenants every time I send someone over to the property for any type of work. 

I recently came across a single family home in my area that has a sign on the door saying “for sale by owner” but there is no contact info anywhere on the house.
