As Douglas said earlier, you, myself and all of the BP'ers that signed up to the site, were all riding on this 800 pound gorilla, and we all should take full advantage of the opportunity.

If one was to invest there, I would suggest investing to flip rather than rent simply because there are some hipsters that are moving into the area especially closer to Cliff Drive and are willing to ride the wave to be able to afford to own a historic home with character.

Maybe you can just hang tight and sock away as much money as possible for a few years while you are riding this wave.

The ferry ride is gorgeous, the week before last I saw orcas on my way back to Seattle.

Home was inspected and it came back that I might need a new roof (due to hail damage, and a entire new HVAC system (original with the home, over 30 years old).
