My cousin and I just bought a few homes to flip and we are hearing a lot about Multifamily rental properties.

Is there anyone that is familiar with that offering in the Atlanta area as we are surely interested in investing in this field. If there is anyone out there that can lead us in the right direction to any resource that you may have.

Hey Brandon!

I'm a local investor in Atlanta. As far as multifamily rentals what size are you looking for? Apartment complexes or a portfolio of smaller rentals (duplexes, quads, etc.) There is tons of investor activity picking up smaller rental units in Metro Atlanta in areas that are still changing. Investors are cash flowing now and riding the appreciation to sell down the road thanks to new projects like the Beltline and West Side Quarry project.

Would love to hop on a quick call and walk you through some of the areas a little bit further.
