Perhaps there's some great ones who have relationships with big management organizations, but IMO a broker who scans ads for inventory to show is a bottom feeder.

Second tier cities with high growth demographics is the way to go : Raleigh, Grand Rapids, Charlottesville, Nashville, Portland, Minneapolis, ect.

Still, I can’t tell you the shock and disappointment when the scanned copy of those leases hit my email account.

I know software like this is only designed to do a light scan across markets before diving deeper yourself, but I'm starting to wonder if it's even that helpful as a first step. 

My point of emphasis is that the same strategies of wealth creation and preservation are rapidly evolving and real estate as part of an investment or retirement portfolio might be more intelligent and essential than ever.

I am looking for information on software that could be used to scan all pertinent information for each property (lease documents, deeds, etc), with the ability to set up a profile for each property with tenant, and lease information.Thanks
