What are the most informative podcast episodes? I just came across the app and podcasts. Theres a lot to go through. I was just wondering if there were any episodes that helped, or had more quality information, than others

That's a question with no real answer because there's such a large swath of material covered in the last 7 years. It depends on what you want to do for what you'll find relevant. The podcast episode I was on, for example (243, in my signature), focuses on my own story of building a modest portfolio of single family homes after losing a boatload of money. If you are interested in larger multifamily, it may not have the kind of information you're looking for, whereas if you are starting off bootstrapping a rental or two it will probably resonate with you.

If you go to the list of podcasts on the site here, every one of them will have a brief synopsis of what it's about, and a full written transcript you can scan before you listen. That might help you narrow it down.

Or you can do like some people and just start at #1 and go through them all.
