To get it off the ground you need1) a person to be in charge of what the meeting will be about2) a person or persons to promote it3) A set date and meeting time4) and promote the meetingPost it here on BP - someone has to be a paid memberPost it on Meetup - costs about 85 for 1/2 a yearcreate a group on Facebook and create the eventAnd have the entire management team email out the info about the event to everyone they have in their database interested in real estate.Pick something and have a first meeting to iron out details.

Alright so full disclosure first - I have always been very apprehensive to follow anybody who promotes a "get rich easy" style of real estate investing, specifically those that say beginners should be doing subject-to deals and wholesaling.
