Happens all the time when notes exchange hands.

And @Steve Vaughan I would bring out the violin for the individuals who do a blind 1031 exchange.

My biggest "disappointment" is when new REI ask (and expect) free mentorship with the caveat they "will bring something to the table in exchange/barter".
