When we first got the city's fee to install the service line we were sticker shocked and ask if it was possible use our own contractor to do the work - they said yes but the contractor must have a class A license and a 1mm in liability insurance.

You do not want to have open areas in a breaker panel where a tenant can accidentally get shocked while resetting breakers.Outside HVAC units look old but i doubt you will be able to get the price adjusted if they are still functioning well.All the concrete cracking/settling is normal... no worries Railing missing is an issue.

This one block of E 59th Pl. just happens to be one-way, and something about the block is much more pleasant than the blocks surrounding it.
