People that use a manager would have no reason to come here and discuss how to do things because they're paying someone else to do them.

Im new so I am asking out of curiosity  They don't, they/we pay less, that's the remove and install price :) .

I will continue to use my agent as a buyers agent regardless of if I have to pay additionally.

I was talking with them and they pay fair market rent plus a significant premium $ on top of the monthly rent.

They may collect enough extra ent to pay for themselves and give you a better selection of tenants.

Dealing with a tenant who isn't paying rent can be stressful, but it's a challenge many landlords face. 

If you were there over two years you won't have as much to pay as much in taxes.

You shouldn't have to pay a ton for this repair, so don't get suckered by some trying to say "oh it's a hard and complicated job!"

I am curious what expenses others pay through their property management LLC on behalf of their rental properties.
