I have a couple of them....both know the lay of the land....they work with OOS Investors all the time and they both own numerous rental units in Cleveland. 

And you are probably thinking what is this guy talking about because your property probably falls in one of these categories if you are getting a good deal on it. 

It is assumed by the state that any rental larger than a 1 bedroom will fall into this category at some point because of the anti-discrimination laws that prevent landlords from refusing a family because they have a child.

Aside from the usual suspects (Trending, Recent Activity, Followed, that sort of thing), there are only 4 categories shown, then a "See All" link.

I have been listening to the BP Podcast for awhile and just hit episode 27.I didn't want to miss info or base a decision on something that is now outdated.Should I keep listening numerically, start at the end and listen backwards since so far the order hasn't seemed to matter, or some other order?
