The vacancy rate in this market is very minimal and the rent as you mentioned goes from $2400-$3000 depends on the size of the house.

It will cause a little more budgeting to minimize impact to our reserves.  

In practice "corporate lease" is more just a term that STR arbitragers use to pitch their idea to landlords to try and get an agreement to be able to sublet their place without using the term "airbnb" or "short term rental" in the sales pitch. 

Just my opinion I liked the main BP podcasts way more when I didn't have to hear a sales pitch on almost every podcast that be it from the hosts and/or the guests.
