Does anyone have a good site they use to create mailing lists where you can look at a satelite image and select properties in a certain area and build a list that way?

I am going to try the direct mail route and hope that I can get some leads.

I am launching my FIRST wholesale direct mail marketing campaign next week!

When I go out looking for a property and find one, I'm tight on money right now so direct mailing will get expensive, because they say you need to send like 6 to 7 mail pieces to a home owner before you expect a response.

Has anyone tried marketing to leads using their email addresses vs mail campaigns.....assuming you get access to clean and verified emails.

Direct mail can be good but it does cost some money.  

Third, those that open my first email, I'll start calling these asset managers and either speak to them or leave a voice mail.  

If you're cash strapped, my best mailing campaign has always been white letters to probate leads with hand-writing the mailing address on the envelope.
