I always sold the meat, not the sizzle, and when I went into insurance they taught the phycology of selling, over coming objections and how to lead others to a desired conclusion.....so they say anyway.

All sellers I did such deals with initially were asking too much.Problem I see is that this is just a lead from letters you sent out, so there is an owner willing to sell at his price if you're willing to pay it, don't know if the owner is really motivated or not.

The house is unoccupied & is owned by an LLC. I looked up the address of the LLC and it is NOT a legitimate address.

Can an LLC be registered under an illegitimate address? Is there anyway to look up an LLC owner?

I'd like to have a top notch site to help capture leads.
