Hello everyone. I'm Ebony in Columbus, Ohio. I started in real estate sales in 2009 part time while working full time. I stopped selling real estate about a year ago. I helped a client with renting out his condo after he relocated for school, which got me to thinking I could do this. I would like to get back to selling but I'm really interested in investing.

I haven't purchased any investment properties yet. I'm thinking I may have to wait until I explore more financing options. The thought of having another mortgage is detouring me. I would like to have either a two or four family unit to buy and hold managed by a property manager or company.

I've already found the site to be very informative and useful. Thanks for any feedback.
