Trust me it was a huge pain but it was the perfect house for my clients so I jumped thru so hoops for them. 

I am wanting to start investing in STR acquiring or developing the real estate.

Recently I saw the duplex that is DIRECTLY across the street from my property come on the market, and I would love love love to jump on the opportunity to buy this property as well. 

I am 23 and have saved up enough money to start my RE journey.

In my opinion, it is the best way to get started in real estate investing.

That may not seem like a big jump, but a 50 basis points (0.5%) increase in the UR has historically been a very reliable recession indicator.

I say get out there and start building some cabins!
