With that kind of seed money, leaving $100,000 for reserves, you could purchase a 1.2 million apartment complex that could cash flow to start at approximately $35,000.00 to start and upwards of $50,000.00 a year 18 months to 3 years later.Single family is the slow way to financial freedom and you are at the mercy of comps for your valuations.

To answer your question about the goals I have regarding my interest in real estate investing I would say that I'm most interested in building up enough of a cash flow to cover all my bills and enable a greater freedom in the way I live my life.
