My journey for financial freedom awakening happened a year ago, one lead to another and I found BP.

(I never got why people would always ask me to wear my uniform to things when I was in, Now I get it....because that uniform represents so much to so many people and even though so many other people don't realize it, it represents the very freedoms they take for granted.)WE, REInvestorProfessor/RE360, are holding training fund raiser this (March 9th @5:30) Wednesday at my office/warehouse in conjunction with all the major Pittsburgh region real-estate groups, PREIA, ACRE, Westmorland REIA, etc....

With that kind of seed money, leaving $100,000 for reserves, you could purchase a 1.2 million apartment complex that could cash flow to start at approximately $35,000.00 to start and upwards of $50,000.00 a year 18 months to 3 years later.Single family is the slow way to financial freedom and you are at the mercy of comps for your valuations.  

Does not hurt to have a trusted contact in health care system neither, hahaha. 

My goal is to create generational wealth and create the freedom to live an amazing life.  

To answer your question about the goals I have regarding my interest in real estate investing I would say that I'm most interested in building up enough of a cash flow to cover all my bills and enable a greater freedom in the way I live my life.

I am very eager and interested to learn this type of wholesale  and curious how to achieve my financial freedom by generating income from capital.
