HI, I am a Newbie and I wanted to introduce myself to the community. I am an Architect(working towards licensing this year) working full time in my 40's . RE has always been a passion for me, apart from working on (Spec Buildings and Warehouses) projects at work I have personally handled some renovations at a very small scale, mostly residential. My journey for financial freedom awakening happened a year ago, one lead to another and I found BP. I am reading as much as I can, with a busy schedule it is tough but I have clarity now and I know RE is the way to go apart from other online business I will be starting in a few months. I want to start with Wholesaling and buying Land, I may get in to Flips down the lane. Are there any meetup groups for beginners in the Smyrna Vinings, Johns Creek and Alpharetta areas I can go to? Can anybody suggest anything. I will go full on into education first few month get as much info and dive in 6-8 months from today. I have this path chalked out in my head. My goal is to own something within 2 years. In the meanwhile I will be visiting BP and getting as much info from here and would love to answers any Architecture related questions for people here, regarding code, design, colors schemes etc. I am thrilled I found BP !
