Can anyone recommend some good wholesalers and general contractors in the Fayetteville, NC area?

You have to find another source-either a distressed property, something you can improve and up the value to another level, or perhaps develop relationships with brokers and wholesalers who will bring a deal to you because they know you as someone who has the ability to close.

Investment Info:Small multi-family (2-4 units) wholesale investment in Jacksonville.

There isn't much love for wholesalers in the Cleveland market.

Peter Pratti, a wholesaler from Knoxville,  will be our speaker. 

I have 3 properties in my portfolio and come across many amazing deals everyday given I work full time as a wholesaler.

We have acquired alot in the last 3 years so have been passing over some deals we would have normally taken for a commission or wholesale fee to strengthen our position but not focused on principal paydown as much as just being more selective on properties that really grow our money or find solid return with capital preservation.

With that being said I'm just staring off in real estate and based off the research I've done I feel like wholesaleing will be the best option for me for now until I make enough to fix and flip and fix and rent. 

I am trying to get into investing by wholesaling in Valdosta, Ga. if there’s anyone willing to help me out at all I would greatly appreciate any advice!
