I will sell this at 10 to 12 cap.. and give a good deal to the next person.. who will get a park that I just put 150k into All new electrical  water hooks ups.. new pads.. fully remodled home and apartment. new surfaces. and best of all cleaned out all new trailer trash tenants and very picky who comes in..
